🚀 Upgrade the Everspring API to a full MCP layer for AI-driven backend process control

We would like Everspring to upgrade its REST API into a full Model Context Protocol (MCP) server so resellers can safely manage backend processes with high-quality AI agents. The current API supports catalogue access, inventory sync, order forwarding and shipment data. For AI-assisted operations, this is not enough: AI needs a structured, permission-aware MCP layer with resources for context/data, tools for actions and prompts for reusable workflows. Suggested MCP capabilities: - Resources: products, variants, stock, prices, grower rules, order status, shipments, claims, questions, backend messages, invoices, payments and reseller settings. - Tools: create/update orders, check stock, validate addresses, change fulfilment decisions, request cancellations, open/reply to claims, ask/answer supplier or Everspring questions, upload evidence, check track & trace, update case status and prepare service replies. - Full backend communication for claims/questions: message history, attachments, responsible party, next action, deadlines, escalation state and resolution status, so AI keeps cases current and no open issue is missed. - Prompts for delayed-order investigation, overselling checks, damaged-plant claims, supplier replies, open claim/question summaries, Sachsenpalmen action lists, grower performance, assortment optimisation and order explanations. - Fine-grained permissions, audit logs and human approval for cancellations, refunds, payment changes, claim resolutions and customer-facing messages. - Sandbox and clear documentation for safe testing before production. This would reduce manual checks, improve support, stock, shipment, claim and supplier-question handling, make orders reliable and create a future-proof AI foundation for reseller back offices. It would enable AI workflows to monitor orders, detect risks, manage backend communication, keep claims/questions current, suggest actions and operate Everspring with greater quality, speed and consistency.
